The situations that generally cause interference to safety grating light curtains are as follows:
1. Light source interference;
2. Frequency converter interference (high frequency conversion, low frequency conversion);
3. Position side by side interference;
4. External high-strength signal interference;
Solution:
1. Light source interference is divided into strong light interference and reflection interference. These two types of interference are relatively easy to solve. In the position where the grating light curtain sensor is used, it is enough to replace the strong light lamp with an ordinary lamp. The reflection interference is caused by the light There is a relatively shiny object or a mirror near the screen, which can be solved by moving it outside the protection area of the light screen.
2. Inverter interference. This is a problem that common domestic ordinary grating light curtains will encounter. In this case, there are several ways to solve it:
1. Does the grating communication cable used have shielded wires? If yes, the shielded wire must be connected (better quality shielded wire is best);
2. Avoid passing through places with frequency converters when wiring;
3. Connect an intermediate relay to the signal line of the grating to isolate the interference signal. Some manufacturers' grating phenomenon cannot use the power supply on the machine, and an independent switching power supply is needed. This has the advantage of avoiding interference signals from passing through the power supply. String to the grating;
4. If none of the above can be solved, the manufacturer can make modifications inside the grating in combination with the interference source of the equipment after testing on the spot according to the actual situation.
3. Parallel position interference means that the two gratings installed are relatively close or two sets of gratings are installed in parallel on one machine, and the signal from the transmitter of the first set of gratings is received by the second set of gratings. The receiver also received, so it caused parallel interference. This problem is also relatively easy to solve. As long as we slightly stagger the positions of the two sets of gratings or swap the transmitter and receiver of one of the gratings, this problem It can be solved.
4. External high-strength signal interference. This situation is relatively rare. In some factories, signals such as Wifi or certain frequency transmitters in the workshop can also cause interference to the grating. So you need to stay away from these signals or turn them off.
